Appreciated my really great stay for 3 night. Its location not too far from a long-standing multilevel urban mall was marvellous. Btw, went to city centre, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.

The shower pressure was weak and the heating system was unsettlingly noisy!!! The surrounding area didn't feel safe at night and it would be fantastic to expect more proactive service !!!

This place suits me perfectly and has everything I need, including free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff helped me find my way on my first visit, and the breakfast had a great variety.

Couch was left undone but folded-when opened, sheets were used and very dirty... Staff ended up doing bed at 11pm while we were in the room watching them. Very dirty carpets, not worth the money you paid for it. Will never go back.

Buffet breakfast provided was nice and with good variety.
Rather quiet in the night surrounding the hotel. Location not that convenient to get to subway and shopping/restaurants.

Great spot for couples!
I was impressed by the staff's warmth. The location was key, walking distance to so many attractions-they practically rolled out the red carpet for us.
It wasn't cheap, but still acceptable.

Our Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family, including our service dog!
My kids wished the breakfast variety was a bit more extensive.
